Sapphire
Sapphire is the second daughter to Fern and sister to Bracken, her father is Gunalt De Ice at Stridview.
In 1947 the American editor of
the Field & Stream magazine
famously wrote an article about
the Weimaraner titled the
"Grey Ghost Arrives".
Major R. H. Petty imported the first
pair of Weimaraner's in to the UK
in 1952.
The Weimaraner is part of the subgroup of dog known as the "Hunt, Point and Retrieve" breeds within the Gundog Group
